How It Works

Submission in four steps

  1. Choose a journal

    Pick the journal that fits your work — the form then asks only for what that journal needs.

  2. Add your details

    Your paper’s title, every author with their school and country, and — if you are under 18 — your parent or legal guardian.

  3. Upload your paper

    A Word or PDF file, up to 20 MB. Art journals also ask for images of the artwork.

  4. Consent and review

    You confirm by email — or, if you are under 18, your parent or guardian does; our editors then review your paper and email you the next steps.

Before you start, have ready

  • Your paper as a Word (.docx, .doc) or PDF file, up to 20 MB — templates in the Author Guide
  • The name, school and country of every author
  • If you are under 18: your parent’s or legal guardian’s name and email address — different from your own
  • For art journals: up to 6 images of your artwork (JPG, PNG or WebP)
