All articles published in Emerging Papers journals are made available under full open access. Following peer review, accepted articles are subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC). The amount is sent to the author by email once the article is accepted. This fee covers the costs associated with initial screening, editorial and peer review, copyediting, typesetting, long-term archiving, and overall journal management.

In addition to Turkish Lira, Emerging Papers also accepts payments in euros (EUR) and US dollars (USD).

Invoices are sent by email to the payment contact address provided by the authors shortly after payment is completed and the article is published. Only official invoices issued directly by Emerging Papers are valid. We do not authorize any third party to collect publication fees on our behalf. Emerging Papers is the sole service provider and cannot be held responsible for the actions of third parties.
