Overview

Target Publications: Acta Scholaria & Outlier Today

Scientific discoveries rarely occur in isolation. They rely on a seamlessly integrated ecosystem comprising state-of-the-art laboratory infrastructure, rigorous experimental methodologies, advanced instrumentation and stringent safety standards. The Laboratory Series for Young Researchers is a groundbreaking collaborative publishing initiative designed to unite high school teachers, academia and industry experts under a single publication framework. While high school students—particularly those undertaking IB Internal Assessments, Extended Essays, or AP Research projects—develop fundamental research skills alongside their teachers, academic laboratories provide cutting-edge methodologies and industry partners drive the technological and structural innovations that empower modern science. This Call invites multi-perspective essays, technical review articles and laboratory protocols that examine the physical, operational, and methodological architecture of modern research environments.
